This is our rarest opening, and it exists for a particular kind of person: someone who can form students in the classroom and keep a growing school running behind the scenes. We serve about 130 students in grades 1–12 — and this role touches all of it.

You Teach

Who We’re Looking For
Everything the teaching role asks — a bachelor’s degree, real experience teaching a class of children, and a grounding in Christian faith — plus the operator’s gifts:
- A teacher’s heart with an operator’s hands — you love forming students, and you also love it when things run.
- AI-fluent — you direct AI agents to do real work, and check that work like a professional.
- A strong writer — emails, parent notes, and documents that sound right the first time.
- Calm, discreet, fast, and precise — trusted with confidential work in a busy school.
