Founder’s Office · Part-Time · 2026–27

AI-Fluent Executive Assistant

Take the weight off a founder’s hands — and help build a school for the future.

River Tech School of Performing Arts & Technology, in Post Falls, prepares grades 1–12 for an exponential future — arts and technology together, rooted in Christian conviction. The founder’s hours are the school’s scarcest resource. Your whole job is to give them back.

🧠

You run the agents

Direct the founder’s AI agents — Claude Cowork, Perplexity, and others — check their work, and turn raw output into finished product.

✍️

You write in his voice

Emails, grant applications, parent notes — written in his voice, so he can hand them to you and trust they’ll sound right.

📥

You own the inbox

Triage, respond, protect his attention. Catch the loose ends before they become problems.

🗓️

You keep it running

Calendar, invoices, forms, follow-ups. Handled quietly and well.

Who you are

  • AI-fluent and agent-positive, with documented, hands-on experience running AI agents — Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, or equivalent — to do real work.
  • A teacher at heart. You explain complex things simply, write with warmth and precision, and leave the people around you more capable than you found them.
  • A futurist. You probably already listen to Peter Diamandis on moonshots, watch what Elon Musk builds, and can’t stop asking how to do the thing better next time.
  • A Christian, and the faith at the heart of this school is your own.
  • Calm, discreet, fast, and precise — trusted with confidential work, and warm with the people you serve.

The shape of it

Starts part-time. If it’s a fit, it can stay part-time or grow in hours with you. In person at the school in Post Falls, or hybrid. You’d work as an independent contractor.

A college degree is welcome — the founder holds a BS and a Master’s — but it isn’t the gate. We care more about what you can do than what you’ve been certified to do.

How to apply

1

Apply below — about 20 minutes. Tell us how you’ve used AI agents and show us a little of your writing.

2

We review — the founder reads every application personally. If it’s a fit, we’ll reach out to talk.

3

We try it — the role starts part-time, so we both learn how we work together before it grows.

1
About You

Who you are and how you found this role.

E.g. “Parent of Noah and Lily Smith” or “The Heart Church.” Leave blank if this is a cold application — that’s welcome too.
2
AI Fluency

This is the heart of the role. We’re looking for someone who already runs AI agents to do real work — not someone who’s curious to learn.

Check every one you’ve used to get real work done.
What did you build or get done? Which tools, and how did you direct them? Be specific — this is what we read most closely.
A project, a portfolio, a video walkthrough, a published piece — anything that shows your AI work.
3
Writing Sample

You’ll write in the founder’s voice. First, show us yours.

About 150–300 words. An email, a note, a paragraph you’re proud of — or write us a few lines on why this role interests you. (You can use a link instead, below.)
4
Experience & Skills

Where you’re strong. Check everything that fits, then tell us a little.

Executive support, operations, grant writing, bookkeeping, teaching — whatever best prepares you for this.
5
Forward Thinking

Optional, but it tells us a lot about how you think.

Writers, builders, podcasters, thinkers — whoever you learn from.
6
Faith

River Tech is a Christian school, and this role works closely with its mission.

7
Logistics & Background

The practical details.
