High School Off-Campus Lunch

Permission & Waiver — 20-minute off-campus lunch privilege

📝 Opt-in only. Without a parent-signed waiver on file, your student is not permitted to leave campus during lunch.

📍Super 1 next door is the easy option — or anywhere students can walk to and back within the 20 minutes

📅Tuesday & Wednesday only

🕒11:45 AM – 12:05 PM (20-minute window)

👥Students may go alone or in groups — their choice

🗣️Student tells a teacher before leaving (no formal sign-out)

✅Teachers check at 12:05 that students have returned

⚠️Late return or off-campus misbehavior = privilege revoked immediately

Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and agree to the policy described at the top of this page — including the Tuesday/Wednesday 11:45–12:05 window, the tell-a-teacher-before-leaving rule, the 12:05 return check, the immediate revocation for late return or misbehavior, the expectation that my student reflects River Tech's values off-campus, and staff's right to revoke this privilege at any time.

I give permission for my High School student(s) listed above to leave the River Tech School campus during the designated 20-minute lunch window.

I accept the inherent risks of this activity and release River Tech School, Faithful Five Inc., and their employees, officers, and volunteers from any liability, claims, or actions arising from my student's off-campus lunch privilege.

This permission remains in effect for the rest of the current school year unless revoked by me in writing, or by River Tech staff at their discretion.
